New Year Thoughts

Oh! well, new year is just around the corner and can't beleive it that its already another year. Holiday season as it is referred here in USA, this time of season everything around the streets, malls are gorgeously decorated and it is really a splendid view to capture some good pictures in USA. I strongly beleive anybody visiting US should be here during this season and sure will take lot of memories and grandeur in mind for many years.

What wakes me up everyday

This thought wakes me up every day ...

"everyday day I wake up to discover a new day with clouds of previous day still clearing to the rising sun of today wondering what's in store. As I kick those sheets off my legs and get into the rythym of to do's, I want this day to throughly use me to work, to serve, to smile and share the moments with my loved ones, to help everyone I meet to meet their needs and assit any way I can to make a difference. At the end of day let there be thought to do more for tomorrow and slip into dreams to recharge for next day. I dont want to treat my life as melting candle spreading lesser and lesser light, but a growing flame which lights up hearts and flame up spirits and spread it to unknown horizons and unseen vistas"

My View of Grand Canyon

On my recent visit to west coast the most memorable and would be forever is the view of Grand Canyon. No matter how much ever I look at the digital pictures taken during our visit, the vastness and panoramic vistas of nature's wonder I felt at the place cannot be replaced. Nature always sends you signals and want it to be discovered. It happens every moment and at every walk of our life, it can be a simple un-polluted smile to your kid or tender leaf on your cars wind screen or mystic mist of morning sun. But in the hustle bustle of daily chores we never tune into it or plainly ignore it. But a visit to places like Grand Canyon will trigger it instantly the beauty, the vastness and eternal scale of the world around us. Grand Canyon looks different to different people and also churns different emotions based on how you look at it. It can look like powerful force reverberating the warm soulful humming sound of OM or it will look like wild beaten, desolate destiny of end of world or just miles and miles of vast emptiness somehow showing the scale of infinity.

Mystery Spot

Recently I been to west coast tri state trip to California, Arizona and Nevada on a family visit. Out of all places once spot that is still intriguing and strange is "Mystery Spot" in San Jose, CA.
It is a place where people experience strange gravitational anamoly. Laws of physics seems to break and still there is no convincing explanation to it.

To only make things funny theories were OZONE layer hole is just above the spot, some alien machine still runninng inside the ground etc etc. Every visitor has to take guided tour at this place. Tour starts with brief explanation about mytery phenomenon where height of people changes within the mystery spot by 6 to 8 inches. Later you will guided to walk a steep hill where in you feel more stress to climb the hill as thought some kind of extra force is pull you down. On the top of hill there is a cabin that is slanted which is centre of attraction. All visitors spend major part of tour here. Initial demonstartion involves rolling ball against the gravity including some objects from visitors like lipstick or batteries etc. Later you will enter the cabin itself. More notable as soon you enter with guide, is that the guide is standing on a small table and she is slanted by almost 20 to 30 degrees. On the left side of her table, there is pendulum which is also perfecly blanced at an angle instead of vertical 90 degrees. Once you come out of cabin there is demonstration to display height changes .

Overall its quite a place that leaves you wondering and thinking about it for a long time. In fact my wife felt the dizziness even after 2 days of trip to mystery spot.

Physics does not have reason to explain it, Does any body has any thought ?
